When moms have support, possibility grows.

A little breathing room. Someone who believes in you. An opportunity that finally feels within reach.

The Working Moms of San Antonio Foundation helps create opportunities for local moms, women, and girls to learn, lead, connect, and thrive while bringing our community together to support families along the way.

Because raising a family and building a future shouldn’t be something you have to figure out alone.

Big dreams still need practical support.

We know a mom can have the ideas, the determination, and every reason to keep going.

But when childcare is out of reach, the budget is stretched, or there’s no one to help her figure out the next step, moving forward can feel overwhelming.

We believe support should meet her there. In the middle of real life.

Our mission is to help reduce those barriers and create more opportunities for women and girls in San Antonio to grow in confidence, build skills, and feel supported in the futures they’re creating.

Sometimes that starts with a chance to learn. Sometimes it starts with a connection. And sometimes it starts with one less thing to worry about this week.

Support for today. Possibilities for what’s next.

We’re starting with meaningful ways to support local families today while building opportunities for women and girls to learn, grow, and move forward.

Here’s what’s happening now and what we’re working toward.

Learning & Opportunity

 IN DEVELOPMENT

Sometimes the next step is learning how to manage your business finances, preparing to return to work, or finally exploring that idea you’ve been carrying around.

We’re developing practical education and growth opportunities for moms, with a focus on business, financial literacy, and career readiness. As we build, we’re also exploring scholarships, reduced-cost access, and childcare support to help make participation possible.

Because a great opportunity should fit into real life.

Youth Entrepreneurship & Leadership

 FUTURE INITIATIVE

That little spark of “What if I could?” deserves somewhere to grow.

Inspired by WMSA’s Youth Entrepreneur Series, our vision includes future opportunities for girls to explore entrepreneurship, build confidence, connect with mentors, and practice bringing their ideas to life.

A place to ask questions, try something new, and discover what they’re capable of.

Community Care & Giving Back

 CURRENT PROGRAMMING

Sometimes support starts with one less thing on a family’s plate.

Through initiatives like Gather & Give, we bring local families, volunteers, and businesses together to meet practical needs with care and connection. Our current Thanksgiving giveback is focused on providing meal kits for 50 San Antonio families.

Because showing up for each other is how a stronger community begins.

Here’s where we’re showing up together.

Gather & Give

A Thanksgiving Community Giveback | November 2026

A Thanksgiving table holds more than a meal. It holds a chance to gather, slow down, and enjoy being together.

Through Gather & Give, we’re bringing our community together to provide Thanksgiving meal kits for 50 San Antonio families.

You can sponsor a family’s meal for $60, donate requested food items, volunteer to help assemble meal kits on November 18, or get your business involved.

A few hours, a bag of groceries, a shared invitation. There are so many ways to help a local family feel supported this season.

The same heart for moms. More ways to show up.

Working Moms of San Antonio was built around a simple belief: women deserve a community that understands their ambition and the families at the center of their lives.

The Working Moms of San Antonio Foundation carries that heart into charitable work, creating opportunities to give back, reduce barriers, and support women, girls, and families across our community.

Through education, connection, and practical support, we’re working toward a San Antonio where more moms have room to grow and more girls can see what’s possible.

Let’s make the next step possible for someone.

A family gathering around a Thanksgiving meal.

A mom getting the chance to learn something that helps her move forward.

A girl realizing her idea is worth sharing.

That’s the kind of community we’re building. And we’d love for you to be part of it. 💙
