Cancellation Policy

Membership — $55/month, cancel anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing period.

Event tickets — All event ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Venue rentals (The Social Studio) — A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your date. If you cancel, the deposit is kept.

Studio sessions (Wurzbach Studio) — One-time sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead; members up to 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations count as a used session.
