Erika Radis founded the Working Moms of San Antonio community in 2019 with the goal of creating a place where local like-minded women can support each other in motherhood and in their careers.
With over 6,500 community members, a successful monthly email publication, a blog, a podcast, and a Business Owners Community Membership dedicated to providing resources for San Antonio area working moms in business, she has truly achieved her goal and would love to see the community continue to grow!

Erika Radis is an entrepreneur, podcaster, office supply enthusiast, and a proud working mom. Her passion is helping moms in business build meaningful connections and grow!
Her “everything is figureoutable” mindset has pushed her to grow the Working Moms of San Antonio community and she looks forward to being able to reach and help more moms in the future!

Chief Administrative Officer
Marie Lifschultz has been with WMSA since the very start, and is a proud 'boy mom' juggling the chaos of teenage life with her supportive husband of nearly 20 years.
By day, she’s a mortgage lender in San Antonio, helping families finance their dream homes for over two decades.
She’s also the co-host of the Working Moms of San Antonio Podcast. While she can't promise to solve all the teenage dilemmas, she absolutely loves sharing ideas and supporting others!

Claudia Aceves, a seasoned business owner with over a decade of experience, is a Master PMU artist, Educator, and Master Esthetician in the beauty industry.
She's passionate about empowering women to thrive financially in their craft and advocates for advanced education to elevate skills.
Her unwavering motivation comes from being a devoted mother to three boys. With her husband, she finds fulfillment in launching new ventures, fueled by her love for reading and entrepreneurship.
