Join Working Moms of San Antonio for an October book club + craft workshop filled with book talk, bites, sips, and the kind of conversation that feels like catching up with friends.

Our October pick is Incidents Around the House by Josh Malerman, a chilling psychological horror novel told through eight-year-old Bela’s eyes. A mysterious presence called “Other Mommy” brings family secrets and supernatural suspense into the story. If spooky reads are your thing, this one will give us plenty to talk about.

We’re also getting a little crafty! Melissa Crook of Crown & Crook will guide us through creating a book bouquet using Sola wood flowers and greenery. You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind keepsake and a little time spent doing something just for you.

No crafting experience needed. Bring your own book to use for the bouquet, and we’ll get creative together.

Coming on your own? There’s a seat for you here. You don’t have to know anyone to spend an evening connecting with local moms who understand life with a full calendar and a full heart.
